Do you like fishing??

I think that almost all people have been fishing once in same way; for example some people have been fishing in the river, a pound and boat fishing and other people have been fishing in the fishing hole.

Do you know the fishuing hole?? or Have you ever been to fishing hole??
Fishing hole is a place that we do fishing in the river which release fish into. Although fishing in the sea or boat fhishing is hard to catch fish or it takes long time, fishing in the fishing hole is easy and enjoyable to catch fish. You know, it is said that fishing is time-consuming pleasant hobby and sometimes people can not catch any fish, but I think every body wants to get lots of fish and enjoy doing fishing!!

So, I am introducing "Aikou ishida".

I go there to enjoy fishing with my family every summer. As you can see a picture on the top of this page, there are some area to do fishing. At first, we are limited only one area to do fishing, but that means we have to put our bag or something, and we can move to around area to catch fishes. The owner stock a stream with fish every two hours, of course, we need a special technique to catch fish, but we can get "Ayu" in Japanese in "Aikouchou".

There are many family to do fishing, children and thier parents enjoy, they are cooking them and eating. So we can cook by self, also bring or take it after fishing. The taste is very delicious!!!!

When you go to Asakusa, you can see and eat a lot of Japanese Dango with Green tea. Especially, "Nakamise Street" is great. "Age-moti", "Age-manju", lots of tasty Dango; Mitarashi, Anko, tansy, sesami etc.. End of "Nakamise Street" and entrance of the main building of a temple, there is small "Dango shop" or "Cha-mise" in Japanese which is break place to eat Dango with green tea. Bell ringing out the old year

Suzuka Shrine

There are a lot of shrines in Japan. The number of Japanese shrine are about 80 thousands now, and then there are from famous to small one. In your city, you can see at lease one, don’t you?

“Suzuka Shrine” is in my hometown, Zama city. There is not big, but not small. However, there take place 5 festivals every year and a large number of people come there to pay homage at Suzuka Shrine in New Year’s Eve or “Japanese Shichigosan”.

Especially, I like listening to the night watch bell evrey year in Suzuka Shrine!! I can hear the bell in my room from Suzuka Shrine although my house is far from Suzuka Shurine. The bell is very well-sounding and I can remember the main events of the year and I make the new year's resolution.

China Town
Have you ever been China Town in Yokohama??

A large number of Japanese visit there every year. China Town is very famous for delicious food, fortunetelling and Chinese dress and sundry goods.

As for me, I have visited there for four times. Then I found a so mysterious and magical shop in China Town. The name of the shop is “SE-I-ka”, which is sold imported products and accessories. You think that it is normal and we can see lots of shops in China Town like that.

However, we can see not only imported products or accessory, but also experience mystic augury. Diviner with clerk who is second-generation Japanese-Chinese does not overpersuade us to do fortune-telling. You can safely trust it. Then she sees your power, advise you in your life and lastly choose an accessory for your luck. The accessories which she chooses help and protect you! Actually, I have one bracelet. This is important for me, because I could get lots of chances which I wanted to do, for example, studying abroad.

This shop is one of the most favorite shop.
Do you want to visit??

Wild Forest
Capilano Suspension Bridge
Hi, this is Wakako.

Last March, I have been to Canada for two weeks to study and stay with Italian family. Then while studying English in language school, I went to some interesting places in Vancouver!! Especially, “Capilano Suspension Briage” is quite attractive, enjoyable and one of the most excited place in my life.

You can guess Capilano Suspension Bridge is “bridge”, however, not normal one you think as bridge. The Suspension Bridge spans 450 feet across and 230 feet above North Vancouver’s spectacular Capilano River. So this is very scary bridge to cross! When you start walking, you must feel swing. Actually, when I crossed the bridge, it shook up and down and moved sideways! And also whenever you cross, other visitors, especially boys, run intentionally and make the bridge shake and move!! Those who come to the bridge are not angry and yelling with delight though they are screaming! To be honest, I also did like the boys and was screamed. Don’t worry everyone; the bridge is very, very strong! Walking across the Bridge, we can see and cross over Capilano River. The River is very clear and beautiful.

I would make recommendation of one more thing to you.
It is “Living Forest”.

When you finished crossing the Bridge, you can enter the spectacular forest. We can see big and old trees, animals in the wild, insect and ponds. It made me refreshed and I could have contact with nature.

I think the Bridge is enjoyed by persons of all ages and all-seasons spot. If you get chances to go to Canada Vancouver, you must visit to the Bridge. I am sure you are crazy about the Bridge!!

Hermit crab
Enoshima Sunshine

Today, I am going to introduce one of the best place I like to you. This picture is Enoshima!!

I like Enoshima and don't go there many times. However, I have a lot of wonderful memories there. When I arrive at there, it remains me feel youth and sweet. For example, The next day I graduated from high school, I went to Enoshima with my friend who had been with since we were 9 years old early morning, I can still remenber the time, it was 6:30. In those day, my friend just broken up with her boyfriend in some reasons. She said to me at midnight " I want to see sea, shout out something and forget everything a little time." In the moment we arrived at there, we run and run, cry out and saw the rising sun.

I want to say The rising sun in Enoshima is very great!! Especially, in winter!! Of course, although it's cold, it is worth to see it, because we can feel warm from the lights. I haven't had the pictures yet, this winter I am sure to get great shot!!

Okoku Ravine

Black eggs
Today, I'm introducing you "Black eggs".

Do you know it?? Maybe, you will think that the eggs went rotten!? don't you? I say "no", it is very delicious and healthy for us!!

Have you ever been to Okoku Ravine in Hakone? Last month, I went there and I ate it. "Black eggs" are called "hot sparing eggs", "Onsen-tamago" in Japanese. Why “hot sparing eggs” are black color?? Normal eggs are white color aren’t they? This is the way the eggs are boiled in hot sparing, onsen, and turn from white to black!! Onsen is sparinging in Okoku Ravine and the eggs are boiled there and are carried from top of the Ravine to under by the machine which is located like telegraph pole in some positions. It looks like flying!! Egg flying!! We can see the sight that eggs are carried, it is very interesting!!

Also, it is said when we eat an onsen tamago, our life grow 3 years, we can live more 3 years than my life will end!! It is very health isn't it!! Onsen-tamago is very popular among old people. I think now..... If I eat 2 eggs, my life grow 6 year!?
